I had a fantastic stay in this hotel with breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They surprised us with a free New Year's Eve dinner, which was a pleasant and unexpected touch. The rooms were small but functional, meeting our expectations. The hotel had plenty of facilities available, subject to weather conditions. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the charming old village and central area of this city.

The room had not been properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in dire need of a deep cleaning. The lack of cleanliness made the room feel uncomfortable, almost like a hospital room.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a short distance from the picturesque old village and central Roznov. the rooms, though small, are functional and clean. the staff are friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make the guests comfortable. the hotel offers a range of facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and even an old mini golf area. there is a health club with sauna and massage services for ultimate relaxation.

The breakfast area can get crowded at times due to limited number of tables, but the staff do their best to accommodate guests, even utilizing the bar as an overflow area.

Stayed here for Xmas and loved it! the rooms were cozy, the staff friendly and welcoming. the hotel had an indoor pool and a lovely outdoor pool too, both heated to a perfect temperature. the location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby mountains that offer great skiing and hiking opportunities. Another great advantage was that they offered free shuttle service to the ski resort. the buffet breakfast was also plentiful and full of variety.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and although it didn't bother us, some might find it outdated. the decor could have been more modern, but it did have its own charm.
